PARCEL POST AND EXPRESS POST OPTIONS AVAILABLE 

Delivery via Australia Post is suited to customers who may not be at the Delivery Address when the delivery is attempted. If no one is available to sign when delivery is attempted, a Calling Card is left and your package will be available to be collected from your local Post Office.

Authority to Leave

To ensure prompt delivery, you may tick the authority to leave without signature box under the Delivery Options. If this box is ticked and the driver attempts to deliver your package and no one is home to sign, then the package will be left according to your instructions. Should you wish to choose this option, unfortunately, we will not be unable to process any claims for a lost package once the package has been left.
